The Original Call For Papers
Awards: We co-chairs assigned the papers to the reviewers usnig the function of Cyberchair while avoiding COI, and averaged the scores of the reviewers for each paper. The average scores were used to select the top three papers out of the 15 papers. Then, among those which received multiple recommendations for awards according to our questionnaire, the paper was awarded the Excellence Award for Presented Paper if it was one of the three top papers, otherwise awarded the Excellence Award for Presentations.
